Syndicate has discontinued the Investment Clubs and Collectives products. As of June 22, 2023, both applications have been fully deprecated and are no longer accessible through Syndicate's front-end. Please review the FAQ below or email with any further questions.
Syndicate has decided to pursue an evolution of our original vision and strategy. As a result of this change, we no longer support the Investment Clubs product. More information about Syndicate’s new direction can be found .
All assets held by Investment Clubs will continue to be accessible via the wallet they are held in. Syndicate’s Investment Clubs front-end interface has never held customer funds. The Syndicate Investment Clubs application was primarily a front-end user interface built on top of factory-created smart contracts — this means you still maintain full custody and control of your assets.
Due to the on-chain nature of your club tokens, these tokens are likewise held by the wallets your members used when depositing funds into the club. This means they are unaffected by this change and remain in your member’s wallets. You can access your club token data by searching for your club’s contract address on .
Navigate to the Etherscan page for any wallet holding your club token. From here, go to the "Token Transfers (ERC-20)" tab and locate the transaction where the club tokens were acquired — click on the transaction hash to view the transaction. Scroll down to the section titled "ERC-20 Tokens Transferred:", where you will find the token address (identifiable by your club token symbol) on the far right of the transaction record. Contact hello@synidcate.io for assistance locating your club's token address.
Following the instructions above, navigate to the Etherscan page for your Investment Club’s contract address. From there, go to the “Holders” tab to view a full list of the wallets holding your club tokens along with their respective ownership percentages. You may also download this table into a CSV file using the “Export CSV” button in the lower right hand corner.
The best way to distribute funds held by your Investment Club’s wallet after the deprecation date will be to use ’s transaction builder (please note that this only applies if you use a Safe multi-sig wallet when creating your Investment Club, per Syndicate’s guidance). In order to initiate a distribution, follow the steps outlined in Safe’s .

Scroll down to the section titled "ERC-721 Tokens Transferred:", where you will find the token address (identifiable by your Collective's token symbol) on the far right of the transaction record.
